  • Pokoj plný pavučin. Snídaně od 7 hodin, ale v 7 hodin teprve přichází perzonál.

Děkujeme za ohodnocení Hotelu Břízky****. Reagujeme tímto na recenzi pana Petra, zveřejněnou 19.11.2016.

Pokoje v našem hotelu jsou denně přestýlány a uklízeny. Následně jsou ještě kontrolovány recepcí hotelu.

O pokoji plném pavučin tak nemůže být ani řeč, jedná se o naprostý výmysl. Snídaně jsou chystány vždy na 7:00.

Káva je připravována polo-automatickým zařízením značky SCHAERER a lze z jeho paměti vyčíst, kdy byl uveden do provozu. Přítomnost servírky je vyznačena v docházce, rovněž bez závad. Proto ani s tímto nařčením nesouhlasíme.

Podivujeme se nad tím, proč se uvedený klient v době pobytu neobrátil na naší recepci. Určitě bychom rádi vyšli vstříc a závady odstranili.
